Delivery times exclude order processing and depend on destination and courier schedules.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.
• Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS.

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If your parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to HolaMall. We’ll contact you to arrange reshipping. Reshipping may incur additional charges.
