Return & Refund Policy
At HolaMall, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our solar batteries, inverters, panels, and related products. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, cables, manuals, and documentation intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- The item must be in a resalable condition and not show signs of physical damage or misuse.
Note: Customized, made-to-order, or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty on arrival:
- Installed or used solar batteries, inverters, or components
- Items not in their original packaging
- Clearance or sale items
- Software or firmware with broken seals or used license codes
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is defective, damaged during delivery, or not functioning as expected, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing:

Include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or video of the defect/damage
We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer repair, replacement, or a full refund.
- Warranty Claims
Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 6 months to 10 years, depending on the item.
For warranty support:
- Contact us at support@holamall.co.za
- Provide serial numbers, purchase details, and evidence of the fault
- Items will be inspected, tested, and replaced or repaired if found faulty under warranty terms
- Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email returns@holamall.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and a return reference number from our team.
- Carefully repackage the item, including all original components.
- Arrange for return shipping via a reputable courier (at your cost unless the item is faulty).
HolaMall is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Partial refunds may apply for damaged packaging, missing components, or signs of use.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email support@holamall.co.za with your request.
- Restocking Fees
A 10–20% restocking fee may apply for non-defective items returned without original packaging or opened items not in resalable condition.
